Brian is a wonderful, experienced, and patient broker who guided us very well in our house search here in Portland. His knowledge of the Portland metro area and experience with homes was vital in narrowing down our search and finding the best place for us. I'd give Brian a whole skyful of stars if I could. From our first conversation it was obvious he was exceptionally knowledgeble about the Portland market, and his ability to simplify complex issues put me at ease right away. When I wasn't sure what my co-buyer and I could afford, or how,, he put me in touch with just the right banker. Through all 15 months of our house search, Brian answered every one of my endless questions thoughtfully and thoroughly--even those he'd already answered at least once. I appreciated that he always knew the next step, yet never rushed us, and was always calm, encouraging, and confident of our success. He was right! And it's thanks to Brian that the keys to the perfect home are now in our hands.

Brian was excellent to work with in every way. Extremely knowledgeable, and dedicated, as first time home buyers he went above and beyond to help understand the process from start to finish. He was always responsive, encouraging and honest throughout the home buying process. Thanks to Brian working seamlessly with the lender, title company and sellers, we were able to efficiently close on a property with terms we felt more than comfortable with.
