For ADU projects in Arcadia, this mix means that the specific characteristics of a homeowner's neighborhood and lot, including its size and the age and style of surrounding homes, play a significant role in what an ADU project looks like, perhaps even more so than in areas with more uniform housing stock. ADU Builders Pasadena's work in Arcadia takes into account this variety, assessing each property's specific context rather than assuming a single typical scenario applies across the city. <iframe src="https://www.google.com/maps/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d3301.8662431557354!2d-118.07813900000001!3d34.149764!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x80c2c3d19e033137%3A0xaf648a227edc5abf!2sADU%20Builders%20Pasadena!5e0!3m2!1sen!2sbd!4v1783957638315!5m2!1sen!2sbd" width="600" height="450" style="border:0;" allowfullscreen="" loading="lazy" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin"></iframe> Read more

I recently hired ADU Builders Pasadena for a full bathroom remodel, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the start, their creative vision helped transform our old bathroom into a stunning and functional space.
The custom tile work is absolutely remarkable! The precision on the shower tile is flawless, despite some manufacturing inconsistencies in the tile itself. When the issue arose, the team quickly presented alternative layout options that aligned with my vision without accruing any additional costs.
Every single guest who visits our home praises the craftsmanship. Their attention to detail with the plumbing fixtures, layout, and finishing touches was also impeccable.
The crew demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kept a clean workspace, and ensured a timely completion right on schedule. If you are looking for a reliable, high-quality home renovation contractor in Pasadena, I highly recommend ADU Builders Pasadena!
