Fascinated with pregnancy and birth, the field of women’s care appealed to her because of the momentous change it brings to a person’s life. Michelle is an advanced practice provider who cares for women; she specializes in reproductive health. She provides care in the areas of birth control, pregnancy, labor and postpartum. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minor in women’s studies at Goshen College, Goshen, IN. For her Master of Nursing (Midwifery), she graduated from Oregon Health & Science University (Portland, OR). She worked at Reading Hospital in Reading, PA, for eight years as a Nurse Midwife. In her work, Michelle has learned the importance of listening and of sharing in decision-making with her patients.
