I cannot thank Infina Health
enough for the compassion, professionalism, and care they showed my niece during such a difficult time for our family. My niece has hemiplegia, and traveling can be very challenging, but the drivers made sure she was safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity every step of the way. They transported her to our family’s funeral safely and returned her home without any issues. Their patience, kindness, and reliability truly meant so much to us during an emotional time. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of dependable and caring medical transportation services

I do not usually leave reviews but this one really upset me. Two weeks prior I made an online appt, they called and confirmed my online booking I made. Aware I was paying out of pocket but they said they would try and see if insurance would cover. Day of pick they never arrived, when I called they cancelled his pick up because insurance would not cover. No one ever called to cancel, they just decided not to show. This was a 2 week post op appt to have a drain removed. Will never consider using this company if it is my choice. Apologies to the girl that had to hear my rant, because I know she was just having to relay the information.

I had an exceptional experience with Infina Health! They definitely know how to be punctual and communicate when there are delays. Each staff member has been polite especially Shaq. He's very courteous and works hard to get you to your appointments. I will definitely be using their services again!
