The only thing I can say that is good about this company is the price and the product; it ALMOST makes up for their lack of Sales and Customer Service support. Switched to a competitor and so far its been a night and day experience - they have slightly higher costs but its worth NOT having to deal with a difficult sales rep and customer service that lacks follow through.

Good quality tooling but their sales rep Mark Hoffman is hands down the rudest and most arrogant sales rep I have ever worked with. How someone develops this attitude when they possess no special skill, knowledge or talent is beyond me. The guy doesn't even quote the diamond tools. He is just an angry middle man who forwards PDF drawings to his technicians to do the real work.

Edit: I spoke with two other Fiberglass window manufacturers in Ohio to ask them who they use for fiberglass tooling and they both switched to different suppliers (Niabraze and Bruce Diamond) because they didn't want to work with Mark Hoffman anymore. Glad to know it is not just me that cannot stand working with the angry middle man.

Edit 2: CDT double charged me for a single purchase order of 1/8" diamond coated drill bits and refused to refund the second charge. CDT produced and shipped me the same order two times and invoiced me two times even though I only submitted one purchase order. I provided all of the documentation to my credit card company and they cancelled the second charge. I previously thought this company was good but just had a worthless sales rep but I have learned the company enables unethical behavior and promotes incompetence.

Our company has been going through continental diamond tools for several years now and never had any issues everyone is very friendly and its always an easy process getting what we need. Big shout out to Mark Hoffman always very kind, detailed and honest about information he is giving you.
