We had a wonderful experience at AcutePet! Our cat was in distress on a Friday evening, and I was able to easily make an appointment online and got in quickly. We felt welcomed, especially by our vet tech who made us feel at ease right away. The team took their time to diagnose our cat and made us feel like they cared for her as much as we do. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’m thankful to have a pet urgent care so close to home.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had to bring our sweet Nahla in for emergency care after her face became extremely swollen. We were worried and unsure what to do, especially since we had never been to this facility before.

From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly impressed. The facility was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, compassionate, and professional. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

The care Nahla received was excellent. We were also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the cost was, especially for an emergency visit.

It’s a relief to know there’s a place we can trust when one of our pets needs urgent care. We are so grateful for the kindness and care shown to Nahla and would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone needing veterinary care. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our girl! ❤️

Everyone in the office was amazing. My dog immediately felt comfortable, which is not always the case. The vet tech and the vet were both great at talking with me about the reason for our visit and providing me with a solution. Getting a same day appointment was very easy. I would highly recommend the AcutePet Urgent Care!

I was glad to learn AcutePet White Oak was open when my vet was unavailable during an urgent situation. I had to make 2 visits in one week and they got me in quickly both times. The entire staff was friendly, professional, eager to help and informed me of proceedures. It is reassuring to know there is quailty and caring veterinary care nearby in an emergency.

Beautiful facility, friendly staff. The West Side is so lucky to have this option for urgent and emergency care 7 days a week! Dr. Land is the man!
