I have known and worked with Plus One for several years. Their work has always been outstanding. I appreciate their professionalism, their service and dedication to their quality of work. Before contacting Plus One I researched their work and was impressed with these examples.

Plus One completed an exterior project replacing windows and repairing/repainting siding. Fritz helped us tremendously with making design decisions along the way, and the transformation was amazing! So pleased with the new look of our home!

Fritz, David and the +One team did a terrific job remodeling our office building. They were great to work with, had better taste than us and came in on budget!

I sit on the board of a family foundation which owned piece of property that flooded in 2016. Plus One worked with us to refurbish the house to living condition and got the owners back in within two months. The owner Fritz was easy to work with and was aware of our monetary constraints. His crew was experienced and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. Communication between me, Fritz, and his work crew was excellent. Any issues or problems were communicated to me in a timely matter and Fritz discussed with me potential solutions which were within our budget.

It is just my opinion that the owner should have had a bit more hands on knowledge of the specs of the project. We had to “redo” things over several times as there was “confusion” about what was done verses what plans said should have been done. Nice guys but I certainly wouldn’t choose this organization for any future projects.
