Cardinal and Jon Morris were great to work with. Jon was very responsive and honest. There was no pressure to make a particular decision, and he was patient in explaining the options and pricing. Other companies in town were aggressive in recommending full roof replacements, while Jon was open to other solutions to make sure the full life of the roof was utilized. Highly recommend.

Cardinal roofing is excellent. I called and they had me scheduled very quickly. Jason came out and was able to give me lots of options and the price for each one on the spot. I was able to pick from a variety of materials and colors for full roof replacement. I even got a discount on insurance because of the roof I got. Very reasonably priced as well. I had gotten a quote from another company before and they didn’t seem like they cared one way or another. Jason from cardinal followed up with me throughout the entire process, and even afterward, to ask me how my roof was doing. That’s a big deal to me. If you want customer service, call cardinal and get Jason to come and give you some options.

We are thrilled with the new roof we had put on my mother’s home. We were in a time crunch to have this done before the closing date and Jon Morris made it happen! We had great communication, great workmanship and clean up! Everyone I spoke to was very professional and helpful. It looks so great too! If you need a roof call Jon! You will be as thankful as we are right now! Thanks again Jon!!!

Great work, great communication and fair price. Cleanup was spectacular. Brandenn Pickett was very informative. My daughter was so impressed that she's having her roof done by Cardinal. 😄😄😄

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the entire process was fast, professional, and completely hassle-free. The crew did excellent work, communicated well throughout the project, and made everything easy.

A special thank you to our salesman, Jon. He was outstanding to work with—knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way.

If you’re looking for a roofing company that delivers quality work with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend them. Thanks again to Jon and the entire team for a great experience!
