I recently had my heating and HVAC system cleaned and fully maintained, and I’m really happy with the service. The technician was extremely friendly and professional from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and clearly identified all the issues that needed attention. He explained what he found in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work.
The cleaning was done carefully and completely, and the system is running much better afterward. It’s clear he takes pride in doing a thorough job. I appreciate the honesty and attention to detail, and I’ll definitely be scheduling regular maintenance with him going forward. Highly recommended!

I wish there was an option to provide 10 stars!!! My experience from initial phone call to completed services was excellent. My experiences with Robin who handled appointment coordination and scheduling and then rescheduling due to my availability was top notch!

Our technician Anil was the absolute best! He had
Come to our home on 2 different occasions and provided clear and transparent guidance on the issues and the solution. The work that was done was of the highest quality and taking the time to explain to me how to maintain my unit was easy to understand.

Also a shoutout to Anil and all those technicians that complete this kind of work in the crushing and brutal South Florida summer heat. Please take care of your own safety out there too :) THANK YOU!

We used Cool by Design to install a Ceiling Cassette Split Air Conditioner. The team arrived on time. They worked fast and kept the work area clean. The new air conditioner cools the house very well and runs quiet. This A/C system is discreet that looks like it’s part of the other air vent. This is unique to me. Reasonable price and friendly staff. I highly recommended.

The job was professionally done with great attention to detail and with an eye toward affordability. I feel like Corey took great concern to keep within my price range and do the best possible job. I highly recommend Cool by Design because of the efficient, thoroughly smooth process from start to finish. It was a major project for me and it was done very well.

For two years I have used Cool By Design. They would check my aging system bi-annually and all would be fine. In November, Anil notified me the coolant was down. I figured I would purchase a new, more energy efficient Central A/C unit. I was very satisfied with my Rheem and RUUD, basically the same company, was recommended. I was also interested in getting the $2,000.00 tax credit. Corey let me know that it was expiring this year, so my April purchase became a December one. My new A/C system is amazing and super quiet. The wonderful thing about Cool By Design is if you have a question or a problem, they are right there to help. I know there are probably cheaper companies, but I am sure their customer service will not be as good.
