The office staff is amazing. They made my move in easy. Ask for Britney, Jasmine or Lexie. This is the first property where all the staff shows a high level of professionalism and cheer. I met the maintenance supervisor Amy she is the nicest most capable maintenance lady I ever met she even overshadow a lot of the men. The Apts are nice well maintained responsive staff, beautiful pools, well kept grounds curious residents with amazing parking i strongly recommend moving here

Madison Square Apartments really stands out as a nice community. The property is always clean and well taken care of, and you can tell the staff puts a lot of effort into keeping everything looking great. Everyone in the office is friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which makes a great first impression.

I had a great experience with the leasing office at this apartment complex. Lexie and Jasmine were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made the entire process easy to understand, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to meet a team that is so kind and helpful. They made a wonderful first impression, and I highly recommend working with them if you’re considering this community!

I was assisted by Lexie, and she has been extremely patient throughout the entire process. She takes the time to explain everything in detail and makes sure we fully understand each step. Additionally, she always looks for ways to help make the leasing process smooth and clear.

We are currently still in the lease process, but so far she has been very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend working with her if you are interested in getting a new lease.
