Overall the service was great! I’m glad that they are open on the weekends. Jon and Dylan took their time to make sure my water heater is working properly. They were honest. They did a great job. Customer service on the phone are excellent. Thanks to AI that recommended me to this company. They will be my new pumbing company to call when needed.

I had a kitchen faucet system completely rebuilt and replaced by Luis at Titanium Plumbing, who did an exceptional job. Luis was a delight to work with. Super helpful, courteous, and on time. He took the time to find us a fantastic, aesthetically similar replacement and his installation work was top notch. He kept the kitchen very, very clean and the cost was very fair. Would work with Titanium again anytime! Highly, highly recommended.

Urgent water heater replacement required. Called at 11am on a SAT and technician arrived before 2. John is the real deal..trustworthy. Went thru all my options, gave suggestions and a couple hours later the job was completed. Reasonable cost. Also pointed out a few issues regarding the heating system and gave me a contact for fireplace service. Not something anyone enjoys spending $ on but it was a job very well done.

Titanium Plumbing and Heating Repair provided excellent service. The company made scheduling effortless. Rob was warm, attentive, and quick to respond. Technicians Bill and Brian arrived on time and completed the RO system installation with skill, care, and clear communication. They handled the necessary piping modifications professionally and ensured everything was tested and working perfectly. Overall, a reliable team with strong workmanship and great customer service.

Showed up within hours of calling and the plumber was fantastic. Courteous, competent, and efficient. They also gave me a flat rate after coming out to diagnose the job (snaking a long pipe) when everyone else I spoke with would only charge by the hour and not give me any idea how long it could take. Very pleased with the service and results. Highly recommend.
