The receptionist, Suzy, was extremely rude, argumentative, and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Rather than listening to my concerns or trying to help, she repeatedly interrupted me and insisted that I had responded to text messages that I never received. I have had major and minor dental works done from Vaneers to Root Canals
An office professional cannot be this rude when the office is supposedly providing service.
Training staff like Suzy to educate themselves in customer service is essential, as a result I would never recommend this office to anybody if this is how new patients are welcomed I cannot imagine how treatments or care is dealt with.

To put it simply-the people employed at this clinic are miracle workers.

I had reached out late April to set up a flurry of appointments. They got me in quickly and the coverage under CDCP was phenomenal. Reception worked with me making sure every appointment aligned with my work schedule and as a person who prioritizes work, I couldn’t have appreciated that more.

Unfortunately, I learned this week that I would need to pack as many teeth in as possible by June 1 as my coverage would be decreasing significantly. Reception worked an appointment in for me at every nook and cranny they could find, knocking off nearly every tooth that needed fixing.

As someone who grew up HATING a dentist’s chair - Dr. Murad is a GODSENT and a true magician with a freezing needle. Him and his assistants made me feel like I was lounging around with some old friends.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough, they truly try to go above and beyond to accommodate in any way they can. Thank you again to everyone, I’ll be sure to bring some rent along for the next 3 day stint 😂

I visited Dr. Murad today. I felt completely comfortable during his dental treatment, and I've had several appointments with him since. I've heard he has over 15 years of experience. He completed three fillings in record time. His speed is a testament to his extensive expertise. Thank you, Dr. Murad. I highly recommend him to any dental patient.

Not gonna lie, this place is actually solid 👌

Been to Horizon Dental Care a couple times now and saw Dr Murad for an emergency cleaning and fillings 🙏. The whole vibe is just easy. Front desk is super friendly, no awkward waiting around, and they’re pretty organized. Dr Murad really knows his stuff 🦷, super skilled 💉👩‍⚕️, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense, not all technical and confusing, which I really appreciate.

Also, he’s gentle, like you’re not stressing in the chair the whole time 😅

Overall, just a reliable spot if you need a dentist in London. No complaints at all.

The overall atmosphere was welcoming and clean. The staff were also respectful and friendly. The dental hygienists my mom and I had were amazing. My cleaning was the most relaxing I have had in years. The dentist is very kind and listens to any concerns as well and asked my opinion on the next stages of my follow up needs.

The office is also amazing at ensuring you receive as much coverage as possible through CDCP, or other insurance. My mom and I are very glad to be seeing the professionals here.
