We highly recommend Moon Valley Nurseries! Our sales representative was very courteous and knowledgeable and recommended the Japanese Maple. The team that planted the tree did a great job and cleaned up when finished. It’s been two months since being planted and our tree tech, Buddy, stopped by on a scheduled visit to ensure our Japanese Maple was progressing well. Buddy reviewed everything in detail with me and just as I thought, our tree is doing great. We are looking forward to his next visit to ensure our tree stays healthy and happy! Moon Valley Nurseries is the total package when it comes to providing a great experience from sales, to planting, and professional follow up services!

Buddy is my arborist and I have been completely satisfied so far with the service. There was a severe storm that came through my area shortly after my willow tree was planted and Buddy came out just to check on it and ensure the stakes were holding as they should. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I recommend highly Moon Valley Nurseries for your landscaping needs.

I just had my first follow up service that Moon Valley provided us after we purchased a beautiful hydrangea tree from them. The technician “Buddy” was incredibly helpful in all the details of how the tree was doing, as well as several questions I had about the care of it. I highly recommend Moon Valley, as well as Buddy the tree technician!!! Great job.

Fantastic experience all around. Easy to pick the trees at the nursery and then our designer John Krikorian was awesome. The planting supervisor Jonathan was just as great. They did an amazing job with placing and planting different trees and made sure my wife and I were happy and satisfied with the end result. Definitely recommend Moon Valley in Franklin to anyone looking to enhance their landscaping.

Johnathan and his crew were amazing and efficient in planting our tree purchases. He even took the time to explain best care practices for them and our previous trees purchased through moon valley. Highly recommend.
