The Empire Property Management Group are great team with a solid foundation.

Management responses can require some patience at times. Also, as a commercial tenant, having multi-year lease options would be a huge plus, long-term stability matters when you're building out a custom space, and that extra flexibility would go a long way.

Big shout-out to Diann! She’s awesome, super warm, communicative, and always on top of things with building access. Her support is top-tier, and with just a bit more of that consistency across the board, the whole experience would be unmatched.

The Experience with Empire Property Management was amazing everything went very smoothly with the process all the Employees really do put the effort into helping you find an apartment & fulfilling all your needs. All the Employees have great communication only thing that needs to be improved is who they send out for the apartment tours they need to be on time because she is always late & can have better manors I will leave the name unknown for there privacy other then that everything was phenomenal….

MY REVIEW WAS DELETED.
(Please see attached photos for recap)
I know this because my review was directly above Ethan C. our reviews were just two days apart from each other.

UPDATE: On June 10th around 11:30 am I wrote a review and completed the survey that was sent to me. Regarding the maintenance request they completed.

I copied and pasted the review into the survey box. On June 11th at 10:47am (Call lasted 8 minutes 2 seconds)

Nick the lawyer called to address the issues. I explained that I spoke with Dianne three times and she informed me that we are still responsible for the Month of May and must make a payment per our lease. I asked him about the ledger and the reason that it hasn't been cleared. Nick Flat out told me since the judge did not put it into writing they did not have to honor it. At some point I asked him do I have to start recording?

His response: Record for what? All calls are recorded.

Okay. I requested that recording in court.

(The paperwork will be sent eventually so bring the recording while you're at it.)

I told him that if they were going to send the court papers to just do so. He said they didn't want to go to court. That they wanted to come to a resolution. He asked about the leak that now happens on the left side of my room. Wanted to know if we submitted a maintenance request for the issue. I said No. He then said how can we fix it if we don't know it's happening. I told Dianne on each call. I then replied: I didn't submit a maintenance request because I'm submitting it to the judge when you file the paperwork. I also have video of the leak which is timestamped. Nick then called me Combative. I kept insisting they file the court papers. Conversation ended at that point. They want the maintenance request to fix it before taking us to court for rent.

The resolution is clearing the ledger for the month of MAY that's all just May. Applying Junes rent to June which was applied to May. The double fees that where taken and the utility bill we should not be paying. Took Junes rent so it looks like we're intentionally avoiding payments and they are adding late fees to the month they received.

Empire Management fails to really help their tenants in most ways. If you plan on moving to their Market Street building, I would reconsider. Outrageous rent pricing, it’s probably cheaper to find an apartment in Philadelphia. I had a leak in my apartment that never got fixed even after the technician came and said he “fixed” the issue. No snow removal when there is snow, constant issues with the fire alarm system. The fire alarm should not go off if a tenant is using a hairdryer. It has happened multiple time. I understand we need to stay safe, but a hairdryer setting of the fire alarm isn’t really helping keep us safe. the parking lot is full of potholes and the driveway leading in will destroy your car. They now have you pay extra for a parking pass, but they don’t remove cars that don’t have one and have been parked on property for months. I have a stacked washer/dryer hookup that is not properly aligned because there’s a *movable* tank on the wall and when I put in a maintenance they told me I would need to pay them to move it and seemed rather amused when telling me. Maybe when the dryer falls and damages property they’ll actually listen, but I’m sure they’ll make me pay for it. You’re locked in to one internet provider and that’s service electric, which has the highest cost. There are other ISP’s in the area which offer the same speeds for so much less but this building just somehow does not have the capability for any other services. I would not recommend dealing with an empire property. You would think with so many negative reviews they’d realize they’re doing something wrong and try to fix it, but as it is with many property managers/landlords as long as they get their money they do not care. DO NOT MOVE TO THIER MARKET STREET BUILDING. Their reply to my review makes it sound like I didn’t try to bring any of this up with them first…but I do reach out to them and they’re constantly not helpful. It’s been 3 weeks since they said they would fix the potholes and they remain untouched.

I just want to start by saying how absolutely amazing Milton Maldonado was with helping me and my family find our new home. We had a scheduled appointment to view an apartment, but unfortunately the first one just wasn’t the right fit for me.
Milton truly understood the assignment and didn’t hesitate to take us to another place he said I would absolutely love—and he was 100% right. I fell in love with it instantly!
He quickly sent over all the necessary documents for the application, and within 48 hours we were approved and set to move in on the 1st. The entire process was smooth, fast, and stress-free thanks to his professionalism and dedication.
I’m really looking forward to continuing to work with him and the management team. This truly feels like a perfect match. Thank you, Milton, for your efficiency and outstanding service!
