Fast service but one of the dirtiest burger kings I've ever been to. 🤢Guys standing around on thete phones even after mentioning there is no where to out our garbage, the washrooms where filthy, urine literally everywhere in mens room. Boots were even sticking to the floor . The main doors and walls are covered in film of cirt and food .

I generally do not take the time to write negative reviews, but I feel this situation needs to be brought to management's attention.

The biggest concern was the behavior of some of the staff. Customers should never feel disrespected when they walk through the door. Making comments about guests, especially in a language staff believe others do not understand, is extremely unprofessional and unethical.

I was traveling and recently stopped at the Burger King in Portage la Prairie, where I had an excellent experience. Because of that visit, I decided to stop at this location. Unfortunately, the experience here was the complete opposite.

After my visit, I looked at the Google reviews and noticed several one- and two-star reviews. Sadly, after experiencing this location myself, I can understand why.

Another concern was hygiene and food safety. I overheard a family sitting near us discussing cleanliness issues, and I personally observed an employee at the counter picking his nose and then continuing to handle food orders. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety standards.

I sincerely hope management addresses these issues with the team. Staff need to understand the importance of hygiene, food safety, professionalism, and basic respect for customers. Businesses succeed when they provide a positive guest experience, and every effort made to treat customers well helps bring them back.

If these concerns are not addressed, it will only continue to hurt the reputation of this location and drive customers away.

I truly believe someone from management should speak with the staff and reinforce the standards expected in a customer-facing environment.

This location could have a great play area for kids…but it hasn’t been cleaned properly or care for in a very long time. It’s filthy! In general, the whole place is in need of better cleaning practices, but the play area is terrible!

Food is fine, the biggest problem with this branch is that they do not follow simple food handling ethics. multiple cooks aren’t wearing gloves. We asked them to wear gloves and the front counter ASSURED us that they were, but you can see CLEARLY see that behind the heating lamps that they aren’t. And when the front person told that manager, He (manager) chuckled and looked at us with annoyance. All of them looked annoyed at us.

Burger was cold and not cooked in the middle. We could see them back there making people's burgers with their bare hands? I thought they used gloves. Nasty place, wouldnt recommend!

The food was okay, what one would expect from a fast food burger joint.
The staff lacked in friendliness and the condition of the restaurant itself was dirty. Most of the tables needed washing. The garbage cans were so full we couldn’t put our garbage in them. One employee came to collect the trays and used her bare hand to stuff the garbage down, then went back to the counter to serve the next person. Classy. Don’t think we’ll be stopping there again.

Stopped here yesterday and it was totally disgusting. There was not a clean table in the entire restaurant. Asked one of the workers to come and clean a table. He came out only cleaned the table I was wanting cleaned. We were there about 35 minutes and not once did anyone else come out and clean a table, and if they use the excuse they were busy that it is not true as they were not and there were 2 workers sitting on their cell phones.

Burger was good as any BK I’ve been too. Service was fine and friendly enough. However we’ve been here twice in the past month and the place is not clean, had to wipe a table off so we could sit in. Washrooms we’re not the worst I’ve came across but far from the best.

Yorkton Burger King always a surprise and what was that in the cup that was suppose to be coffee. Maybe yesterday it was, but not when I ordered it. Also, don't ask me what sauce I want with my nuggets, if you're not going to put it in the bag!!! The pic of my whopper with onions on the side. I didn't order it that way, they aren't even trying. Check your order people, before driving away.
