What a shame I cannot be more positive. Our server, Suzanne, was very attentive and cheerful but completely let down by the kitchen. We ordered appetisers and main courses, all pretty simple foods. After waiting a considerable amount of time given the restaurant was not busy, our main courses arrived with another server. We asked about our appetisers and off she went. Half way through our mains they finally arrived but only after Suzanne went off to get them.

Meal over all was very disappointing, chicken was hot but sides and everything else was little more than like warm.

Server Suzanne was friendly and helpful but that was the only bright spot here. Food was lukewarm and the appetitzers only arrived later after two requests. And the restaurant was very cold!

I just wanted to share our positive experience, we had Kadie as our server two days in a row- as we were staying at the hotel. We had an incredible time, she was friendly and kind very upbeat energy and attitude made sure to connect with us. Definitely made it worth it will remember this always on our trip

I went to dennys last night..
Food was amazing ! Our server was an Indian girl very pretty with a lovely smile. But honestly I didn't like that she asked for a tip herself Her service was fine, but asking for money directly felt off The service definitely needs to be more professional.

I ordered a western omlette and it was delicious. Our waitress "Love" was soooo attentive and sweet. Our drinks came out quickly, our food was hot and correct and she was so friendly, joking around with us. It made our visit a very pleasant one.

What a great restaurant for letting our large family have dinner with no notice. The waiter was awesome! The food was perfect and the restaurant was very clean. The seats were very comfortable. We always choose this restaurant for our meal together before I head back home to BC. We have never been disappointed. Keep up the great vibes!!!

We decide to have Denny's for breakfast, and our server was Lionnel. He was very prompt, attentive, and as it was a busy time that we had went, had informed us about a bit of a wait, as it was a full house. We had no issue with it as it was kind of Lionnel that he kept us up to date.

The food was great, the kids hammered their breakfast, and my wife was in a good mood.

Overall, we will be back the next time around when we have to stay in the city.

We have been staying in Saskatoon for 5 days. The first night we stopped at Denny’s for supper and had Lionel as a server, who was absolutely amazing. He took very good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Very very sweet. We stopped again this morning for breakfast and had Katie as our server. She was just as amazing and friendly, it was a pleasure to have her as our waitress. Shout out to the servers here who are absolutely spectacular and make it a great environment to enjoy some very delicious food! Food was great and arrived quickly. Amazing place !!!

I visited the Denny’s on Circle Drive on Sunday, July 12th for supper. While the Front person and server who attended me was friendly and professional, I had an issue with my Lumberjack Slam. The server called the supervisor to assist, but unfortunately, the experience got worse from there.
The person who came over appeared unprepared and had very limited English-speaking ability, making it extremely difficult to communicate my concerns. Instead of addressing the actual issue with my meal, he started explaining something unrelated, which only added to my frustration. There was zero understanding or resolution just confusion.
It’s disappointing to see the service and communication standards at this location dropping so noticeably. This used to be a reliable place, but lately it feels like the quality both in supervisor training and food is slipping. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously.

This was the worst meal that we have had at any Denny’s anywhere. It took forever and when it arrived, our grandsons French toast was dried up and not edible. My husband and I had the grand slam and the eggs were raw, the toast was not toasted and potatoes were cold. Never again. Waitress was good, but didn’t make up for horrible food.

Servers name is Ruby and she's very friendly. Very professional and respectable. One of those people that was meant to be in the restaurant business.
