Like some other places. Both was will willing to explain whats going on and options to consider. Not just saying its a eight hundred dollar fix and thats it like some places do.
I decided to go with a complete replacement of my old system and a new installation inside and out. The crew was able to show up extremely fast that same day and wrap the entire project up before dinner time.
They was very respectful and had great house manners with nothing left to clean up behind them. So far I am very satisfied with my new unit and new company to do my 6 month check ups. Also great service with the help desk and communication throughout any visit or services required.

Our air conditioner stopped working in the late afternoon.
I contacted Fix-it 24/7 Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Heating and received an emergency technician within hours of the call. Mike the technician was knowledgeable, found and repaired the issue the same day. I was very pleased with all aspects from start to finish. I will be using them in the future for services. I am not sure why the owner replied that " We are committed to providing prompt and reliable assistance and hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you better in the future." ??? As I gave them a great review and was very pleased with their service.

I love that they were able to get out to fix my AC on a Sunday because it was a brutal couple of days. Kennan was super nice and professional. I really appreciated him taking the time to diagnose the problem and fix it instead of just telling me to replace the system because it was 20 years old. I am always so appreciative that there are still honest companies out there. I did take off one star because they do charge a high price for small repairs compared to the really small businesses around that work only by word of mouth. But for those times you can’t get this guys to come out, this was a great alternative.

Amazing service. Michael arrived Wednesday afternoon after placing the requested service. We had been without AC for almost 5 days due to a stalled home warranty service. We were able to get our broken HVAC unit replaced the next day. Dylan and team arrived on Thursday and were very professional and efficient. Highly recommend Fix-It 24/7 services. You will not be disappointed. Thank you all so much for the quality service and getting our living situation back in order for both my pregnant wife and 2-year-old son.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Initially, the company could not properly diagnose why our AC system stopped draining water. Instead of resolving the issue correctly, they added extra drainage filters rather than properly cleaning and fixing the problem.

On top of that, they somehow managed to mess up our membership, which felt very disorganized and frustrating to deal with.

The biggest issue came later when our blower motor went out. The technician replaced it and, during the inspection, strongly recommended replacing the condenser fan motor as well, stating it was in poor condition and could cause serious problems if it failed. Based on their recommendation, we agreed to replace it.

Fast forward only a year and a half later, and the “new” condenser fan motor failed. At this point, we seriously question whether it was actually replaced at all, or if an extremely poor-quality part was installed. Of course, the warranty was only one year, leaving us with no options.

Overall, this experience felt extremely disorganized and, honestly, very questionable. We no longer trust this company and would not recommend them.
