Jerry and Bryce were amazing. They were responsive, professional and fun! I've dove with Parrot Island many times and will continue to choose them any time I get the dive itch. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!

Had an amazing experience with Parrot Island Scuba Adventures! The crew was professional, friendly, and made the entire trip enjoyable from start to finish. The dive sites were beautiful, the equipment was well-maintained, and safety was clearly a top priority. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced diver, they make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and memorable diving adventure!

Jerry and Kim run the best dive boat in South Florida. I have dove with them for over 20 years. Jerry is a safe, knowledgeable, and professional captain. Kim is professional, well accomplished Divemaster and Instructor. I highly recommend.

Jerry is incredibly unprofessional. I called over a month ago to book dives. He told me he would text me to gather all of the details. I never heard from him so I texted him at least 7 times & also called his shop several times (with no answer), one time his son answered just so I could make sure we were still on the books. His son had no idea about the booking but told me he confirmed we were good to go.

I still couldn’t get ahold of Jerry. Finally a week before the trip I called and Jerry answered. He was extremely condescending, scolding me for not following up on the booking and saying he “never heard back from me” in such a rude and misogynistic tone. He changed his tune really quick when I told him I have been trying to get a hold of him for at least a month, and also spoke to his son who confirmed the dives (he had no idea). He then expected me to still trust his professionalism and use his service. No thanks.

As a business owner I find it appalling to scold your potential clients for YOUR own neglect. Do better.

We decided to dive with someone else that is more professional and has their shit together.

Kim and Jerry are the best dive charter in South Florida. Not just because of safety and care, but Kim, the dive master, gave me the greatest gift as she certified me for open water and now advanced open water. She has such a natural way of demonstrating the principles of dive safety while showing me how to slow down… and recognize the incredible life we can experience under the sea. Kim and Jerry, the captain, know all the boundaries and exactly where to navigate - giving us the best experience. I can say with confidence that Kim and Jerry are my favorites.
