Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with this firm/location in Bethlehem. Our father had used them for many years for his personal tax returns so when it came time to file his estate returns after his passing we were surprised to be met with unprofessional communication and accountability. This process started in March, then with our accountant retiring 4/15, with no updates. The onus was on us to follow up and be met with, “it’s in review”, “we need more forms”, or emails returned with “Rebecca is on vacation”.
When they finally completed the return, we picked it up on 10/13 and it was attached with “this needs to be filed by 10/15 to avoid IRS penalties”….. Now the onus is on us again as far as time, work schedules and getting this post marked in TWO days.
I called to express my utmost dissatisfaction after receiving an ADDITIONAL invoice today, 10/14/2026 and after voicing all my grievances with this whole process, was met with “sorry the communication wasn’t better”…. Long pause. No accountability whatsoever. Rebecca was eager to end the conversation and merely say what she thought I wanted to hear in order to end it. Hope they do some “quality control” revamps and be reminded that customers have a choice and are paying their firm for this service. Vote with your wallet everyone.
