I just switched from the Mentor location to Rocky River. I like this office better because it seems more personal and more driven by the patient's needs rather than cosmetic.
The people here are very friendly, knowledgeable and personable.

Ease of scheduling , ease of changing appt , both very simple, to be able to get into a dermatologist in less than six months was truly a gift, the office staff was very professional, very kind the offices were clean, everything was very efficient. The doctor was wonderful, informative and clear in explanation.

The office is easy to get to . Everyone was super kind and polite from the moment I walked in from the receptionist , assistants and Dr. Wu . The office energy is pleasant . I’m very happy I was referred to this office .
