Precision Garage Door Service was awesome today! Garage doors were not raising or closely easily and Aiden B fixed them up perfectly! He was easy to talk to and very, very good at this job and very very thorough in all the aspects of fixing up old doors that hadn’t been attended to properly in awhile. I am a huge fan of Aiden and Precision! Thank-you!

Aiden Bench was excellent. He knew his craft, he offered valuable suggestions and he took the initiative to clear the working space he needed to get the job done. We would like him to return next week to install the new openers we requested. Give this young man a raise...his interpersonal skills and professionalism are more than worth his weight in gold!

Great experience working with Precision on the new door. Everyone we dealt with Chuck the salesman, Kim in the office and Aurelio and Reese the installers were very professional.

Until a few years ago we had worked with another garage door company in Pgh. However, we had an issue with our prior door on a weekend. We called the previous company and got a message asking us to leave our name and number for someone to contact us on Monday. We then called Precision and they had a repair person onsite within two hours.
That kind of service can't be beat.

From start to finish, this Precision Garage Door Service of Pittsburgh did everything right. The quoting process was straightforward and transparent, and they were incredibly easy to work with throughout. Communication was consistent, and they delivered exactly what was promised on time. The installation was clean, professional, and the final product looks and operates great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience. Thank you!

We were looking to get fixed a garage door that didn’t close all the way, and although we were offered a great price on a repair, we opted for a new insulated door, and oh it’s so nice! Our new door is insulated, and the opener has WiFi and a camera, so no more wondering if we closed the door all the way or who just opened it. Scheduling was so easy, everyone was professional and knowledgeable, and work was quick and right the first time. I was worried who to call for the repair but so glad we gave Precision Garage Door Service a call.
