Bought used f150 2022. Have issues from day one and call them and text too about it but no response. Top of that just got plates from dmv and they’re good for only 2 months. Even thou I believe we did pay like 7-800 for registration in the contract for finance. Plus they gotta work on their skills to how to talk to customers they were rude.they should provide the full contract paperwork too like where it shows what and how much are they charging for all that. All they provided was simple contract paper where it only shows total amount financed and % rate that’s all. I wish I had better experience with em but what can u do now. This is so called ford certified vehicle. This is the scratch they tried to hide it it’s like 18 inch big ol scratch on driver side door

First of all, I live in Riverside and i went to woodland hills Vista Ford to meet Kathy! Kathy was my sales person! And omg!!! I went to 3 different dealerships and i drove 2 hrs there and 2hrs back just to make this deal with her happen. The experience i received was amazing. She really tried until i finally got approved! LOVE EVERYTHING about this place! I got my dream car, a 2026 Ford Bronco, from Kathy, and she is truly the best person to work with. She’s energetic, compassionate, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She will go to BAT for you and make sure you get the right deal, whether it’s a new or used car.
