We had a damaged panel in our garage door and the manufacturer had since been acquired by another company. Another garage door company said there was no way to get the panel and we’d have to replace the whole door (and two others so they matched). American Garage Door was able to source the panel and do a quick swap for a very reasonable cost. They saved the day!

American Garage Door is top notch, the technician Joe Long was so helpful, knowledgeable, personable and professional. The box would have needed to be replaced which would have cost $1000 or more. But he set it up for manual use, and even relocated the latch so that it will lock securely from the inside.... problem fixed for a reasonable $150 service charge. This is the third time they have helped me, and the second time Joe was there ..... he remembered the first time

We been working with American Garage Door for over 20 years, and they continue to prove why they’re one of the best local, family-owned businesses around.

Dalton, the garage door specialist who came out to our building, was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had our garage door working again in less than 15 minute without replacing any parts or recommending unnecessary repairs.

Before calling American Garage Door, another company was accidentally dispatched after somehow ending up on our vendor list. Before even properly evaluating the issue, their technician immediately said we needed a brand new garage door. That didn’t seem right, so I told him we contacted them by mistake and would be calling our preferred vendor instead.

I’m glad we did. Dalton arrived diagnosed the issue, and fixed it on the spot with no major work needed.

Thank you American Garage Door! Your team has always been honest, dependable, and a pleasure to work with. After more than 20 years of outstanding service, you earned our trust time and time again. I highly recommend American Garage Door to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional garage door service.

American garage door is a truly great company to work with. Design, communication, install, follow up were all top notch. Scotty on the sales team, came all the way from their location in Wheatridge to visit us in person here in N. Ft. Collins. We looked at several samples of garage door finishes, discussed different lift options. Every part of the process went seamlessly from quote, to install. The doors are beautiful and almost silent going up and down. Now that I have the lift master side mount opener installed, with the high mount rails, I will be able to build out the golf hitting bay I have been wanting in my garage. Would highly recommend for all your garage door needs.
