Used WG Waste for dumpster rentals for a few months and was actually happy until this last rental went sideways. They’d always call/text before swapping out a dumpster — not this time. They just showed up and yanked it WITHOUT ANY HEADS UP while I was mid-addition project, dumpster wasn’t even full, and now I’ve got a yard full of construction debris with nowhere to put it.

Called and talked to the manager, Kim, about it, and she basically hid behind the contract — said they’re allowed to pick it up after two weeks, no notice required. Funny how that contract is so airtight when it’s THEIR convenience, but they’ll happily charge you $21/day if YOU go a little over. Real one-way street. No credit, no apology that mattered, wouldn’t even bring the dumpster back same day to fix it. Just left me to deal with it.

If you need a dumpster and actually want consistent communication, do yourself a favor and use Arrow Waste instead. Their customer service is way better, and they actually let YOU tell THEM when you’re ready for pickup instead of just showing up whenever. WG Waste used to be decent about communication — not anymore. Lesson learned.

The best company I ever delt with. Not only were they on time with every drop off and pick up, every dumpster looked like it rolled out of a show room. I used them for 3 projects, roughly 15 dumpsters, and experience was the same every time.

I have had a couple good experiences with this company in the past so of course I wanted to do business with them again.

I ordered a dumpster for the landscaping job we were doing at the house. When the dumpster arrived we had made an area for the dumpster to be placed in the front yard right on the street.

The driver would not drop the dumpster in the dirt because they said that the last time it was here it was in the drive way. When told that we needed access to the driveway for this project they still refused to put the dumpster in the yard.

They said it is their company policy to not place dumpsters in the dirt. No problem. If it is their company policy then that is understandable. I just wish they would have made that known before I placed my order. Now we are delayed because of this miscommunication on "company policies".

Please be more open with your customers. Other companies have no issue getting their dumpsters dirty.
