The older Indian cashier was extremely rude. She couldn't understand us and kept saying 'What did you say?' repeatedly, even though her own English pronunciation was terrible. She couldn't even get 'half a dozen,' so we had to repeat ourselves multiple times and eventually just said '6 donuts.' If you don't want to work here, don't.

Great service. Those poor workers had no ac and the bathroom was out of order. Mgmt needs to fix those issues.

Fantastic Dunkin Donuts location! The service was remarkable with a very kind staff. The coffee was great and the donuts were delicious. If you're in Boston, be sure to stop by.

First time here. They were fast, helpful,and courteous. There are no chairs, but I can appreciate that based on my experiences with other fast food places in this area. It's also nice to not have to beg for napkins.
