I always have the absolute best experience with Waste Pro!! They have the best prices, and an amazing supervisor and team who is always the most helpful.

The team at Waste pro do a job taking care of our waste needs! They run a great operation. Very friendly and most of all they communicate very well. I highly recommend their services!

Since Waste Pro took over Tillers, it has been nothing but a nightmare. This is by far the worst trash service I've ever dealt with.

They constantly leave my trash behind, even when the boxes are neatly broken down, stacked, and placed inside one larger box. They've spilled trash and broken glass into the road in front of my house and simply drove away without cleaning it up.

To make matters worse, the employees have been disrespectful when I've tried to address the issues. I called corporate, and while the representative I spoke with was very polite, the manager (I believe his name was John, Josh, or James) told me he would call me back after the weekend. As expected, that call never came.

After dealing with repeated problems and poor customer service, I've had enough. My household is switching providers, and several of my family members are doing the same because of the ongoing issues. I can't recommend Waste Pro based on my experience.
