I wrote this review while I was participating in Physical Therapy & I was improving 11/2025. Wow..... then they threw a wrench in it. They stopped accepting insurance & changed the rates/prices to some kind of (alicarte) where everything is individually priced. If you join & pay 1 time time fee for like $90.⁰⁰- $150.⁰⁰ then the prices on each item is like $10.⁰⁰- $20.⁰⁰ lower. You have to pay this fee everytime you go. At first I was going 3 times weekly, paying a co-pay with my insurance & paying $30.⁰⁰ a visit. Had I continued the price I would've had to pay each visit would've been $140.⁰⁰. That's just insane to me since I was going 3X weekly the weekly rate would've been $420.⁰⁰ WOW (1mth 4wks) would've been 1680.⁰⁰. Now tell me who in their right mind would pay (a house payment) to get physical therapy. I can't forsee them staying open with these prices. Hopefully, they started taking insurance again. Last time I called the 1st of the year 2026 they were still accepting it & didn't have allot of patients. Maybe I'll call back to see if they went back bc I really did see changed when attending there. All the staff were upset when this happened bc 75% of the ppl stopped coming. I'm sure the other 25% after realizing the crazy cost stopped going also.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone in need of PHYSICAL THERAPY, TRACTION or a CHIROPRACTOR to attend HEALTH QUEST @ WHITE MARSH. When I initially called, I spoked with VANESSA in the insurance dept to verify if they accepted my insurance. She was so PLEASANT & KNOWLEDGEABLE that I scheduled an appt immediately. Dr RYAN CAPPELLETTI and his staff JUSTIN & KRISTEN are EXTREMELY PATIENT, POSITIVE, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE & READY to HELP ASSIST you. TAYLOR @ the front desk, welcomes all with her AWESOME SMILE & UPBEAT PERSONALITY. Everyone at HQ White Marsh takes the EXTRA STEPS to ensure ALL patients get the most out of thier visits. I have osteoporosis & disabled in a 👩‍🦼wheelchair unable to walk unassisted. 😩I've been to so many places over the years to help me with my ongoing severe back pain & excessively poor posture that I was getting☹️aggregated because nothing helped.
WOW...😃 My first visit with 👨‍⚕️Dr. Ryan C & his staff was such a game changer that everyone noticed a difference in me after completing traction along with the (lite chiropracting due to my osteoporosis) & the physical therapy. My back actually stretched allowing me to stand a little bit straighter & easing the pain. 🙏NOW.... After 6 visits I'm walking using a walker. The best is that😊I'M ABLE TO WALK ABOUT 🚶‍♀️10-15 STEPS ((SLOWLY)) UNASSISTED. I'm so grateful that I scheduled my appointments @ White Marsh because my life hasn't been the same since. I'm more independent & able to get around without bothering others for assistance. It's so gratifying being able to live "somewhat" how I did before I became disabled. 👏Thank you🤝Dr. Ryan C. & your staff for making my future look so bright. I wish I would have came here years ago. IF I COULD GIVE A 💯 ⭐️ RATING I WOULD.

Great chiropractor! Dr. Briana Patel listens to your concerns and know exactly how to address them with a game plan to get you back to feeling pain free. I’m glad I found Health Quest. The other staff members are professional and friendly as well. It’s a joy coming in for my appointments.

My fourth time at this office and each time was very pleasant. No complaints. Office is clean. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Doctor willing to go beyond to be of help which is an indication that I’m receiving quality care despite my insurance not allowing only four routine treatments for the entire calendar year. This office I would highly recommend.

Very first time using this office and all were not only professional but helpful in approach of healthcare. We felt the doctor was very knowledgeable, personable and had our interest at heart. We highly recommend. There are more good things to acknowledge as you will see if you choose this practice. The office was very clean and quiet.

😆 omg…the quality of Dr. A. Carmen’s work is extraordinarily perfect 🤩 Dr. Carmen took away my fear of chiropractic & along with easing my pain levels. I feel safe, reassured & wayyy better than my first day there at this Practice. Everyone there is so pleasant, patient, friendly & professional. This is great place to get stretched, therapy, tips & physical strengthening. I love Health Quest Chiropractic & Physical Therapy.
