I contacted Titan to quote me for a standing seam roof. I've had at least 15 quotes from every company on Google that seemed worth while, and even one referral from the amazing electrician that did my entire home.

Needless to say, but I was literally exhausted, and told my self this is my last quote. I was convinced I was going to go with another company, and be done with it. Elijah was the representative sent to my home to give the quote. I was at work, but my wife said how friendly and professional he was even playing peak a boo with my 8 month baby.

When I got the quote it was significantly lower then the company I was sure I was going to go with. So I contacted Titan, and spoke with Matt one of the owners, because I had 1,000 questions.
Matt spent at least 45 minutes with me answering all my questions, and going over every detail with me.

Because of the experiences I had with contractors on my interior remodeling I had them change the contract at least 3 times to be thorough, and leave no chance for misunderstanding. They changed the contract untill I was satisfied, so I signed.

Communication was so good, Titan deals with huge commercial jobs, and I'm just a residential home yet they treated me like I was just as important as any of their big jobs.

They use premium products, and everything that came up along the way that wasn't just right was addressed and so quickly made right. Both owners are exactly who any customer would be happy to give their money too

No regrets, I'm glad I chose Titan roofing solutions. In my case I got a premium product and best price, with amazing service. I have, and will continue to recommend Titan to anyone I know who would require their services.
Truthfully this review could be 3 times longer. They're great

My roof started leaking at a very strange place of my roof line after the last big storm. I contacted a few roofing companies and by far Titan stood out. They contacted me the same day. Eddie came out, reviewed the area, and suggested a number of ideas about correcting the leak. I decided to go with a full roof replacement, not only to stop the leak, but replace the old double layer as well which wasn't looking too good. Eddie worked up a great price for me as well! Once on the schedule, the crew that showed up was awesome. Super friendly to work with and they cleaned up like they were never there when finished for the day. They started the tear off on Monday and the new roof was finished on Thursday! I really enjoyed how the same crew did the tear off as well as the installation. Eddie checked in with me throughout the process to ensure things were going well. Then to topic it off, on Friday, Clay, who's one of the owners, stops by to do a final review of the install and cleanup. Overall, one of my best experiences working with a company who's kept their word, was efficient from start to finish and an absolute delight to work with. Thank you Eddie, Angel, "the crew" and Clay!

Titan Roofing Solutions is a 5 star company! Our homeowner’s insurance wasn’t renewing us due to our roof which wasn’t leaking and looked great but the insurance company wanted it replaced or they wouldn’t renew us. Time was of essence and then the rains came but Titan stepped in and got our beautiful new roof finished without a hitch. Very professional, efficient, and got the job done making sure the area was clean once they finished. Everyone was great to work with coordinating everything. We were in good hands! I would highly recommend them to all. Clay Nordquist was great to work with and he has a hardworking crew to get the job done. They also made sure I got all the documentation needed for the insurance company. Thank you Titan!

Our project started with some communication but Matt called me and made it right.
The crew was on time and cleaned up pretty well.
One thing I’d like to suggest is to have more communication before the installation because I had to call and ask about the color of the shingles.
But overall the project went well and it was fairly priced. It’s 1/2 of what another big name roofing contractor quoted.

We purchased a house that was in dire need of a new roof and had substantial dry rot to the fascia, sheathing, and other structural elements. After receiving quotes from 6 roofing contractors, Titan came in competitively -- in price, product, detailed invoice and professionalism. Their price was in the lower-to-middle end of the range, and while they were not the lowest, their attention to detail, knowledge and choice of materials made up for the difference. Eddie performed the inspection and he was a pleasure to work with, willing to answer all of my many questions and thoroughly explain his recommended fixes. He spent more time inspecting than any other contractor which went a long way in instilling confidence that his quote would be accurate and thorough, and it was! In addition to Malarkey shingles, ice and water underlayment, valley flashings, drip flashings, chimney cricket, ridge vents and new vent caps, the quote included a lump sum for visible dry rot and a matrix of pricing for additional unforeseeable dry rot. I came to learn that Malarkey materials are highly rated and I was happy to find that’s what Titan used. We added a skylight replacement and Titan added this to the quote at no charge (I provided materials)! My wife and I visited their warehouse to take a look at the color choices to feel extra confident in our choices.
The roof replacement and dry rot repair was completed in 3.5 days, aligning with their estimated 3-4 days. The tear-down took 1 day, the city inspected on day 2, and everything was done by lunch on the 4th day. At the end of each day, my yard was cleaned of debris. Scottie ran the show and he too was amenable and knowledgeable. He was proactive in asking for my preference in aesthetic changes, was kind enough to remove the old wiring for tv lines, and primered extra pieces of wood that had been installed by the previous owners. In short, he went above and beyond. After the work was done, on the 5th day I did a final walkthrough with Clay and Matt. I pointed out a few minor fixes which were addressed, no questions asked, by the end of the day.
If I were to make one recommendation, it would be to improve communication between the inspection/quote and the install, as there were a few details that got lost in translation – particularly regarding the extent and location of dry rot. This wasn’t itemized with measurements in the quote, but understandably so as the dry rot was extensive. Fortunately, I was there on day 1 to discuss this with Scottie and Eddie, and ultimately Titan did exactly as promised without an argument or price increase. I was nervous about added costs for hidden dry rot, but Titan stuck to the original price. They were both excellent to work with throughout the whole process.
I measure value by list price, product quality, professionalism, communication, and final appearance. On all marks, Titan scored high! I will absolutely recommend Titan to anyone in need of roof work. Thanks Eddie, Clay, Scottie and Matt!
