First time visit today. Front desk staff was helpful getting us set up with a membership (which pays for itself if you go 1x per month, can cancel after 1 month).

Place felt very clean and had tons of safety measures, padding etc.

We only spent a short time due to time constraints but we will be back and bringing both kids next time. I imagine we will bring there for hours next time 🫠

Crowd was very manageable. It was a Friday afternoon. I imagine weekends are busier.

Benches at every attraction. Lots of tables. Cubbies for shoes. Outlets for phone chargers while your kids play. There are even massage chairs! Didn't use them but there is a fee for use.

I brought 92 students here for a field trip and we had the best experience! Booking with Leighann was easy and straightforward. They charged us a very fair price considering we are a non profit youth program. The staff made my students feel so special and deserving. The facility was very clean and everything was working. The kids said it was the best trip ever! We will be back every summer! Please support this locally owned business making a positive impact in Tacoma.

I'm going to be honest, after reading the reviews I was very nervous to host my sons birthday party here. I had already paid though so I didnt have much of a choice.
I am so glad I didnt change it up because the kids had a BLAST! Everything went very smooth and all of the employees we worked with were awesome. I cant remember our hosts name but he was a teenage boy with blonde-ish hair. He was great with our party, made sure we always had everything we needed and helped keep the party running smoothly.
I will say they did seem a little bit under staffed, but it didnt stop us from having a great time. Everything was working except for 1 activity and my kids ran around doing all of the fun stuff! They loved doing the lazer tag. The pizza was great. We will definitely be back soon!

I was surprised, after all the bad reviews we had a pretty good experience. It was pretty dead. We did have to wait for a few amenities to open up, but we had a few super great staff help us, and only one that wasn’t having the best day. Laser tag was fun! One teammate jumped ship and the employee took there spot, so it was still even! Super nice. Cleanliness…. Welll it’s a jump place for kids. It could be worse, I have seen worse at other jump places.

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had in a trampoline park. We spent well over $500 for our group to get in and no one told us there were parts of rides not working or to expect long wait times everywhere. When we got in, it was so packed we could barely walk around without bumping people. My daughters waited in line for the zipline for over 20minutes when a fight broke out between a woman and a dad. She was allowing her 5 kids to cut in line and he was defending his young daughter and her spot in front of my kids. The woman was screaming to the point the little girl is crying, she was yelling profanities, made it a race fight, started shouting racist comments. The staff barely did anything to calm the situation at all. They apologized to the woman, let her kids cut in, and didn't ask her to leave. Sad. Several of my son's friends who came along felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave because they were being bullied and harrassed by other boys. After waiting 45minutes in line to ride the bumper cars, only 3 cars out of 7 or 8 were working. Only 1 was the fancy upsidedown spinning car. They had a special parent seat for kids who were too short to ride alone, my son was going with his little brother. Two women, one was a manager, had to idea how to use the parent seat or put it on the car, so ultimately my 4 year old who patiently waited 45min didn't get to ride. I even asked one employee, "is it normal for the patrons and staff to be this rude, bluntly racist, and no customer service?" She said "honestly? On a Saturday, yes. Especially as it gets close to closing. Everyone is tired, loses patience, the faces all blurr. But really thats no excuse. They work a job, they should be able to suck it up and hold face until after their shift. Im sorry your experience has been this way." This person was the ONLY employee that day who spoke to me like I wasn't inconveniencing her. I would not recommend this place at all. We will never go back.
