Our very first café opened here on N 56th Street in 1996 — this is where Jeff Babcock started the roastery that has since grown to three neighborhood cafés in Seattle. Greenlake is still home to Espresso Paladino, our original espresso blend and the coffee behind every drink we pull in this café. We roast everything ourselves at our own roastery in Bellingham, Washington: seven blends, four decafs, and a rotating group of single origins from farms we have worked with for years.
