He earned his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and attended medical school at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Jolley served his internship and residency at the UT College of Medicine in Chattanooga and then relocated to Salt Lake City to complete a combined orthopedic and neurosurgical Spine Fellowship at the University of Utah. In 2019, Dr. Jay Jolley earned his MBA at the University of Tennessee. In 2012, Dr. Jay Jolley opened Southeastern Spine.
