The Personal Care workers are well trained although frequently absent which causes delays to scheduled duties as there are not enough replacements. The cleaning staff are thorough, conscientious and pleasant to everyone. While the "base" monthly cost is low, be for-warned that anything and everything costs extra. A testament to the Directors burning desire to balance the books. Lastly, if you enjoy good food, find someplace else to stay. There is very little nice to say about the food, it's preparation being next to "criminal".
