Please do not place a loved one in this home if they are in need of any type of assisted living such as even basic physiotherapy or rehab. Persons needing wheelchairs, who are diapered, or have even mild cases of dementia would not fair well here. Although there are a few good personal support workers, they are overworked and not given sufficient help. The resident suffers. Staff does not communicate properly especially at shift changes. The resident suffers. Very poor communication with family members. Doctor care is insufficient and questionable. The resident suffers.
