I ordered an iced americano with pumpkin cold foam and a splash of oat milk. When I got my drink I had already left and there wasn’t a single ice cube in it. It got warm super fast.

10 to 15 min wait time for a mobile order turned into a full 45 min wait. Food was cold. Drink was incorrect I've had same experience each visit. I recommend the other local coffee shops over this Starbucks.

I went with my sister this morning and the drive thru worker seemed confused on entering in a vanilla blonde latte, maybe a new worker? I then stated to my sister how I think she entered it in wrong and clearly it frustrated the worker. She had such a disrespectful tone that I actually decided to leave without the order. I enjoy going there everyday, I’ve never had a bad experience like that before.
