Giving this place a 0 star. I did not know the home very well but I did have an interview at that place for a job in 2013 and it smelled so disgusting like urine and feces mixed with mould. I almost puked it was so nasty. Luckily I did not get the job.

I just read the May review 2020! I pulled my loved one out of here in 2019! after 4nights of her basically sleeping outside in her w/c because it was so disgusting! I can't believe this place EVER received a 5stsr rating! Give me a break! That's a big lie! I cant give 1 star! Terrible that nothing Still ' hasn't changed!
Disgusting! Pull the rugs out for one ..carpeting a bad option!! In a retirement home! Also, the owner should be ashamed of themselves to let this continue!

Since the new management took over about a year ago you can really see the changes. The home looks and smells much better. The office personal is helpful and shows the love and care needed.

2 or 3 great reviews the same day it obvious that the home is trying to better their own review.
Dont be scammed it's scary there.

The staff at the home are wonderful! They are so helpful and the administrator is very nurturing and kind and makes sure the residents are well taken care of. i'm so glad there are places like Greycliff that exist!

I think greycliff manor is an exceptional retirement home. The food is amazing ( great portion sizes given at all meals and snacks) The building is always kept clean and tidy. The staff are exceptional, they go above and beyond for the residents.

I can honestly say that I am so glad we found Greycliff for my grandfather. Since my grandmother passed away we were worried that he was alone and could no longer cope in his apartment. We moved him into Greycliff so he would have company and his care needs would be met. It is such a wonderful retirement home. I staff are compassionate and helpful. The management is wonderful and very really care about both the well being of the residents and staff. My grandfather is so well taken care of. Thank you to the staff and management for all you do for my grandfather.

The employees are not given proper cleaning materials. They use hand soap for mop soap and they use Dish soap for laundry soap. The PSW's do not properly give out medications. The fire systems here are faulty, with the front panel constantly going off. The carpets have not been changed since the building was built so they are full of urine and feces. The mattresses are full of old urine from previous residents. This place is one big cash grab. Do not put your family in this place.

The employees at Greycliff are extremely unqualified. They do not answer call bells or change briefs when residences are wet. Residents wear the same clothes for days, sometimes inside out. This is not a place for anyone to live. The meals are not healthy or tasty, if a resident does not like what the meal is they are told they can only have a sandwich. There are NO dietitians , the cook and servers give every resident the same food and portion . Any residents that need low sodium diet or renal diet don't get that. The residents have to weight to receive their medication because staff are continuously on their cell phones or smoking. They will take anyone because its money for them but they don't take care of the one that need it and pay for it. They have so many excuses please please don't go here, don't even think about Greycliff as an option.

This is advertised as a home for the retired but it's really just a dumping ground for the mentally ill and the poor. It's sad. The Building is falling apart. Most the residents look like drug addicts and zombies who sit on the side porch smoking all day. Only send a loved one here if you are really really stuck. Terrible administration. Unqualified staff, the food is disgusting and not well balanced. No activities provided. Building smells of urine and feces. Residents are walking around with urine stains on their pants. Dirty carpets and holes in the wall. It's a shame that people live here. Close this place down!!!
