I used to be a dietary aide at heritage house in guelph at 2113 gordon street it was the worst place I ever worked at the management epically Rachel and Lisa how no clue or respect for anyone nor do they know how to treat the employees there unless lisa makes one cry then she is happy I ever saw such an awful disgusting place espically inside I saw bugs on residents beds toilets explode everywhere of course Lisa would blame kitchen staff

The staff is unprofessional, the place is rundown. The residents complain about how terrible the food is. There are many other homes that are up to standard. This is not a home you want your loved ones to stay at. I would rate this 0 stars.
