Upon entering the facility everything seems picture perfect but that's just decor. When it comes down to actual care and addressing the wants/needs of your family member, the staff flat out doesn't care. They do not address concerns when brought to their attention and they consistently add charges onto the monthly bill until someone speaks up. Then they get rude and defensive. The management is in it for cash only--there must be some kind of bonus structure for the number of families you can rip off. They do not have to follow the rules government homes do and they will tell you that at every turn. Save your money and put your loved one with people that actually care and are accountable.
