I've ordered die cut stickers several times now from Sira Print. Every batch had been perfect, and of great quality. The proof is sent quickly, and the actual stickers are sent out shortly after approval. Sira Print will be my go-to for any stickers I need made up in The future. Thank you!

Now that I've placed multiple orders with Sira Print, I can confidently say they are my go-to for matte stickers and acrylic charms!! The colours, quality, and customer service have been consistently outstanding, and being able to split 4 designs is a game changer. Sometimes they send proofs on a Saturday which is crazy to me. I also love that I can order acrylic charms locally. When there was a misprint, they were very quick to respond and send reprints right away. My only hope for them is to be able to make double boarded acrylics that are thin like the ones they produce in China. Highly recommend, especially for artists!!

While we’ve been happy with their stickers and find them fairly priced, we will never order acrylic products from this company again. We ordered one-inch keychains, but they arrived looking tiny and are not the size they are supposed to be, making them completely unusable and the protective plastic film on the acrylic is almost impossible to remove.
Additionally, the pin backs open up much too easily,
To top it off, customer support refused to take any responsibility or offer a reprint. We recommend sticking to their stickers and looking elsewhere for your merchandise needs.

UPDATE :
Since posting this review, I was contacted by Sira Print customer service to let me know I'm not allowed to place orders with them anymore.

To be honest, I am surprised that no offer was made to correct the issues with the recent acrylic order before deciding to end our business relationship.

My feedback was intended to be constructive, as the quality simply didn't align with the standards I've come to expect from their team.
