Even though Brandi is the Business Manager and not in sales, she jumped in when the sales team was busy. She took the time to show me different bikes, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Her kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference.
Alain took over, he made the buying process incredibly smooth. As a first-time motorcycle owner, I had a lot to learn, and he patiently walked me through everything, from purchasing the bike to what I needed as a new rider. We even looked at helmets together to make sure I found the right one. He made the entire experience exciting and stress-free.
After the sale, Jason delivered my Honda Rebel 500 and continued the outstanding customer service. He knew I was brand new to motorcycles, so he took his time explaining the bike’s controls, basic maintenance, and answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed.

I started coming here after I bought my first bike to get parts. Dealt with a few different parts people on various visits and everyone was always nice and helpful. Ultimately ended up here when I was in search of my first Harley and over all it was a great experience. Brandon was super easy, no pressure, and helped out on the price a little. They always got different bikes coming in, definitely recommend them if you are looking for something pre-owned. 👍🏽
