Had the pleasure of working with Ian from Waterproof Caulking & Restoration on a mid scale new construction commercial apartment building recently. They provided services for multi story exterior windows and louver caulking. WCR was helpful in securing a color to match the building facade to ensure the job was done right and looking good. WCR provided all necessary insurances, equipment, and manpower to complete project as promised. Ownership is pleased with the overall outcome of their work and would not hesitate to use them on future projects.

I had WCR replace the deck joints in our commercial parking facility. They did a great job. The crew was very efficient and flexible. I always enjoy working with Ian, the company owner.

Ian and Juan were great for my residential caulking job. They took care of all the joints in my philly row home and even got a tricky part that I had screwed up previously.

This company was recommended to us by a neighbor who was very pleased with their work on her stone patio. Ian is very knowledgeable, professional and also very nice. He returned our call quickly and even followed up with us. He did a fantastic job on our back patio!!!...and even fixed a calk strip out front which our HOA did a poor job on. We highly recommend this company!!

We worked with Ian a couple years ago when he needed an extra crew for a project. He was incredibly organized and clear in his leadership. The site was safe, well-managed, and equipped with the right tools and lifts to get the job done efficiently. We were never left guessing—he gave solid direction, and everything flowed smoothly. As a subcontracting crew that day, we really appreciated how professional and easy he was to work with. Great experience all around.
