Not impressed at all. Ended up paying almost 3x the amount they quoted over the phone. They said we “misunderstood” ourselves over the phone. Would NOT recommend!!!

Very poor customer service. Some questionable quotes for work; claiming a bunch of critical items needed to be addressed, after getting our own parts and re-quoting labor only the price was virtually the same. They back-tracked and claimed only some items were critical (instead of all) and our initial quote only covered those items. We priced around locally and another garage did the labor for 1/3 of Potvin's quoted price. Another garage found major install errors on other previous work, very dangerous, and Potvin refused to honour their warranty and accept responsibility for their mistake. Overall it was a very poor experience, I will not be returning.

Very bad experience here, we got them to install rear brake pads but we kept having to go back every month to get them replaced as the pads had worn down. This happened 4 times and then I went to Autotek which is close by to have another look. The rear pads were installed upside down and had one of the pads was broken. Potvin would not take ownership for the mistake and would not reinstall them. I would not recommend, they also charge way too much for labour. Cheaper and better places in the area

Honest, professional and friendly. Had to leave my car and when I asked them to call me a taxi they offered to drive me home. They made a new customer with their kindness. ✌🏼😀👍🏼

I love it. He can actually fix things without replacing everything. When you go at the dealer , they just replace all the parts ,which costs a lot more. He can still do that, but you have the Option to repair as well.

I bumped my mudguard and broke many clips. I didn't mind the bump but didn't want to lose my mudguard. Instead of unbumping the side for 100$+, and a new mudguard for 100$+, he reatached it for 25$. Saved a lot of $$$

I went to see them for some information on how to remove oil from the windshield. He went inside, took a "commercial only" product that costs $$$, Cleaned my window for free. Now I can actually see outside In The mornings.
