Love gate city! However I chatted with mason on the phone at the 13th ave gate city across from the mall! He was very rude and should take a training class for how to treat customer service! I have worked in customer service for five years and I am never rude to the customer no matter how rude they are back to me and I was not even being rude for him to treat me like that. I understand people have hard days, but that’s not an excuse to treat people the way that he did.

Just refinanced with a VA loan, Chad was amazing at getting us a lower interest rate and making the refinance worth it. We did shop around and debated on waiting. However, Chad was able to make things work for us when others weren’t able too! Super friendly and responds quickly. Very knowledgeable!
