I hired bret to represent me in my legal case and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. When it was time to go to work Bret rolled up his sleeves and took care of business always going above and beyond every step of the way. After 6 months of going back and forth with the D.A and court date after court date the D.A dismissed my case thanks to Bret’s knowledge and hard work and outstanding skills in the court room. I’ve been represented by many attorneys before in my past and I’ve always felt like most are just after the money but I can honestly say this firm is different it was worth every penny! Even after my case was dismissed Bret made sure to file the motions and put in the work To have it expunged and sealed from my record.

Tyler Seltzer was my attorney for a Careless Driving and Improper Display of plate case. This wasn't just any case though. I was riding my sweet 2009 Yamaha R6 sport bike. It's a beaut! Sadly, these types of bikes are known for eluding police. I would never do such a thing! Anyway, I was pulled over at gun point and cuffed by the local police department after they witnessed what they thought was me going double the speed limit (again I would NEVER!). They thought I was going to elude them bc my plate wasn't visible. They ended up giving me a careless driving ticket instead of the felony eluding which was nice but it is a misdemeanor. I'm a good egg so I didn't want that on my record! Tyler was awesome at advising me on what to do in advance of my court hearing to help get a reduction in criminal charges. In the end, I did what he told me to, he handled all the negotiations with the prosecutor and I walked away with only a 1point 5mph over the speed limit citation. The plate ticket was dropped completely! Thanks Tyler! You're a no BS kind of dude but I appreciated that bc it motivated me to do the work. I will be recommending you to all my ride buddies who find themselves in a pickle!
