My truck was fix, and it was pretty expensive. Customer service was great on the front end but they we not able to take a look at my truck on drop off day despite having an appointment. I’m sure it is tough to know what people would be dropping off and sticking to a schedule and was prepared to leave my truck for a few days. I enjoyed being able to received and communicate by text. The truck was ready before the service representative’s original Estimate of 5 days to wait for a part- which was good. The staff at check out seemed to be frustrated, and dismissive if I had any questions.

I received EXCELLENT service from my sales tram!! Johnny Barela was wonderful throughout the entire process! The aftermarket team and Cisco were excellent! I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and that process.
The younger gal in the parts department could use a refresher course in customer service and not assume that a customer does not know Spanish when she makes remarks!
Over all I would recommend your dealer ship!

Zack (I hope that's how you spell his name... I also hope it was his name) was incredible. I came in with an incredibly vague idea of a used car I wanted. Without hesitating he brings me to a 2022 VW Arteon. Instantly in love. Not only that but worked with us on finances so make sure we could afford it. 10/10 will bring the car for my prepurchased maintenance plan (you'd be a fool not to)

I've been in search for a car for a whole year and everywhere I Go it seems to get nowhere ! either they try and make me come up with a down payment that I cannot afford or they want to give me something that I don't like. I drove by Rich Ford one day and within seconds I was approached by Jason Logelin a salesman that works there within 10 minutes he had showed me a car I absolutely loved. a car that was in my budget, and I didn't have to be there for hours, him and the team worked in a timely manner and had me all set up with the car I've been wanting to buy all year. Rich Ford has taken care of me and I am very happy with their service, I'd recommend going to them because they are honest and they help you get what you want. Don't waste your time on these other car lots that just want to make a quick buck and don't care about your needs, go to Rich ford and leave happy 😊 👍🏼

I’ve had only the best service & experience with Rich Ford. from the day I purchased my 22 Ford Bronco (2023) till now, July 2026. Still under warranty and have brought it in for some minor Recalls, Tune Ups & Diagnostics.

They’re always very polite, attentive and caring when it comes to my vehicle. I really appreciate the text mess’s received by the initial receiving Rich Ford Service dept. Tech Attendant in this case, Tim @8601 Lomas Blvd N.E. Abq dealership.

Tim kept me updated and in the loop on the progress of my vehicle. That takes time, patience, and pride in what he does and WHO he’s representing “Rich Ford” and “Himself” : ) That’s an employee who knows his job, takes it seriously and at the end of the day, he’s an exemplary employee.

Tim and colleagues, take the necessary steps to communicate the mechanics findings and progress to their customers.
On a side-note, I appreciate the paper mat they put down to keep car mat’s free from dirt & oil…thanks for that!
