I Had an appointment to take measurements for a broken mirror. I didn’t hear the door bell so the employee who was on my porch left. When I asked why didn’t he just call, I didn’t hear the bell? The lady on the phone said we can’t chase customers! We don’t have time! Well I guess if you can’t take a few minutes to call, you don’t need our business!! Will call someone Else! This to me is bad customer service. I always gave them my business but after this, they will never have my business again.

Thank you for your response Josh, I didn’t see any missed call on my phone so that’s why I said what I did, my apologies.

After an unfortunate incident with our front window, MacEwen Glass and Mirror made the experience so smooth. Within 30 min of calling, someone came and measured. Not even an hour later we got a quote, and the next morning our window was boarded up for the safety of our clients. Since our window had to be a custom size, we were told 3 weeks for the new glass to come in. We were pleasantly surprised when the glass came in after only a week, and installation only took about 30 min. All the gentlemen working were very polite and professional. MacEwen was the original window company we used 33 years ago and we are so glad we chose them again. Highly recommend!

Huge relief choosing MacEwen Glass and Mirror. Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable about the service I needed on an older home. Crew went over and above my expectations, my new windows look and work amazing. 10/10 recommend this local business.

From start to finish the team at MacEwen's did not disappoint! We are so pleased with the level of customer care we received from Mark, Josh & Laura. Their pricing for our large window & door were competitive and fair. It was a bonus that the timeline given was accurate and completed within the timeframe. It was such smooth installation completed by Jordan & Jesse (very knowledgeable and efficient) leaving our home more energy efficient and much more stylish. We will be using them again in the future for more windows in our home. We highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services!
