Excellent service. Michael was attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. The experience was great. I will definitely check with them for my next Seiko watch purchase. Love the new Seiko Pogue! Picture does not do the colors justice. Go see one in person

I've been a customer of Dejaun Jewelers for multiple purchases now, and after my most recent visit I felt it was time to update my review.

Dejaun is a family-owned business, and that really comes through in the experience. Sterling and Michael have both been fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, accommodating, genuinely friendly, and, importantly, never pushy. I've always felt comfortable taking my time, asking questions, trying pieces on, and simply talking watches without feeling pressured to make a purchase.
What keeps bringing me back isn't just the selection or the pricing. It's the people. They've consistently treated me extremely well, stand behind what they sell, and make you feel like a valued customer rather than simply another transaction.

If you're shopping for a watch or jewelry and value knowledgeable people, excellent service, and the experience of dealing with a great family-owned business, I highly recommend giving Dejaun Jewelers a visit. Ask for Sterling or Michael—you'll be in good hands.

Sterling was fantastic, helpful and spent a ton of time with me. I have been looking for this watch all over the place and it is very hard to find the Seiko Luxe and Prospex watches in person and Dejaun has a GREAT Seiko lineup. I was able to try everything on. I absolutely love this watch! Thank you Sterling!

Such a wonderful experience. It was my husband and my 16 year wedding anniversary on the day we walked into the store. We weren’t expecting to find a beautiful band with my taste and in our budget. However, the owner and his son Sterling were very helpful and patient. Sterling has excellent taste and such a calm demeanor. We really felt comfortable and the owner gave us a great deal for our anniversary I will never forget this experience. They even fixed my engagement ring by replacing a stone that had originally fallen out and they also tightened all the prongs because the main diamond was wobbling in danger of coming loose. They did this all same day within a couple hours while I looked for my anniversary band! This meant so much to me because I hadn’t been able to wear my engagement ring for many years and I thought it would be super expensive to fix. The last time I went to a fast fix place and paid close to $1,500. They did a terrible job and replacing one of the small diamonds that had fallen out with a dark dirty dark diamond that didn’t match the rest of the diamonds on the band of my engagement ring…After that I was so disappointed and discouraged to take my ring again somewhere to fix it. But Dejuan’s totally took care of me and I paid under $200 to replace the small dirty diamond and fix the damage the fax fix place caused. To walk out on my 16 year wedding anniversary finally able to wear my engagement ring after so many years of keeping it in the drawer… ugh I can’t tell you how sooo thankful I am for good honest people and professionals! Highly recommend and we will forever now be lifelong customers! Enjoyed the conversation and real genuine connection from both! Rebecca and David Samudio

I reached out to Michael for a special watch for my best friend's birthday. He had the watch I was looking for (Seiko Prospex Padi edition) and offered a great experience. Payment was simple; shipping was expedient and he stayed in contact throughout the transaction. I would highly recommend Dejaun to my friends and anyone else considering a purchase!
