Jack was great! Provided all of our options and helped us choose the best one for us. Same day service, reasonable prices, and great customer service. Couldn’t ask for much more.

If you want someone to install a new garage door opener, this may be the perfect company. If you are looking for diagnosis and repair, look elsewhere. The tech arrived, listened to my description of the problem (works but when it gets cold outside, it will intermittently not raise the door more than a foot or so), then he pressed the door opener button to observe for himself - did this 2x actually. That's where the diagnosis ended. His solution was to quote 2 different new openers...uh, that's it? Paid $25 (service fee) to get a quote on a new opener. I made a simple adjustment and it works just fine now. I give them one star higher than the minimum because they did come out quick.

Sammy and team did a phenomenal job! We love our new garage door. Sammy went above and beyond by taking an extra day to get us the right door with a color that matched our exterior. The installation went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Called Friday, told them exactly what broke, figured I could get it fixed while I was at work, was guessing maybe $150 after watching a couple repair videos. "Ben" showed up, quoted anywhere from $350 to $900, wanting to replace our entire system. Accent was so thick I could barely understand him. Ordered the part from Amazon, fixed it myself for less than $20.

Sami Paramhans did a terrific job fixing my garage door. He was professional, courteous and straight to the point about identifying the issues with my door. His analysis of the issues was supported with evidence and he took the effort to ensure that my door was fixed in a timely manner. Last but not the least, their prices were very competitive and we simply LOVE our new garage door!
