Friendly staff and lowest prices in the area - walk up prices and online prices are the same. No GPS games on the bikes like other companies in the area that turn off pedal assist in certain areas via geo-fencing. I have rented from other vendors in Hermosa Beach and they all have geofencing that disables thai bikes along the Strand. These guys have no such disabling. Would definitely rent here again.

Overall my family and had a great time. I’m giving 1 star for what happened when we returned the bikes. When the attendant asked how it went, my wife and I both provided feedback regarding the equipment. One bike had made a humming sound while accelerating and another had a pedal that struck the frame on every stride. The attendant accused my wife of dropping the bike stating that he checked them prior to renting them to us. He escalated the situation by threatening to charge us a damage fee but then waived it. He was very unprofessional. We will not recommend or rent from this service in the future.

We rented the e-bikes online. The process was easy. However, we wished that the rental process is more digitaized. We would have checked out earlier if it was not paperbase. We would have done it online when we booked. The e-bike was fine. We enjoyed the ride all the way to Santa Monica and back. The ride was easy and the battery lasted without any issue.

My wife and I rented here and had a wonderful experience pedaling along the ocean. A great way to get a feel for the towns along the way toward Santa Monica. Good location to start our journey as Hermosa Beach and it's charming architecture is close by. Aiden was helpful in instructing us on how to use the E-bikes. A definite activity to do when your in the area.

I did an e-bike tour in Feb 2026. We did about 16 miles round trip. Its was awesome. Very highly recommended if you want to see the fantastic shore lines of LA all the way to Venice beach, with a cool LA breeze through your hair. Our host was fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable, supportive. The Bikes are comfortable.
