Great experience! Highly recommend this business in Durango Colorado.
2018 Subaru Forrester 90k. Just bought the car. Traveling a lot of miles this summer. This was my second experience with a “check engine light”. The first time it happened in Oregon & reason was vague. Alarm was reset and after two days did not reappear.
Two weeks later a different alarm, so time to “really” fix. Firestone staff excellent!
They were professional & detailed, Explained the historical alarms and the likely cause (s). Very communicative and realistic for repair times. Saturday Shuttle really nice!
No issues/alarm driving in the mountains or this last week!

My 2003 Honda CRV was having issues on a road trip through southwest Colorado. Since no shops in the Pagosa Springs area had time to help, I looked for help further along the way and found Tyler @ Firestone of Durango. He was so caring and reassuring that they could take care of my car. He and the team there did that, loaned me a car, and sent me on my way the next morning. Good people, good work. Highly recommend them!

Had a set of 26x14 on 35’s wheels that needed balancing with sticky weights, looked everywhere in Farmington and Durango. Took my wheels into these guys, and right away Socket, Dylan, and Nick were at great help. These guys went above and beyond to make sure these wheels we’re able to get balanced after a headache of a day, looking around for someone to even consider trying. They were quick, efficient, and great. I appreciate you guys.

I was on a road trip, passing through Durango when my check engine light came on. I re-routed straight to Firestone. They were able to diagnose and fix the engine cylinder issue, and had me back on the road in 2 hours! Wow! I am so impressed by their great customer service and technical expertise. 10/10 recommend.
