Reserved a room for 18 people. The room was given to another family. My family was put in a cramped space. They claimed it was a patio. It was a closed in room. Was not served for more than 20 minutes. 21 of us left. Walked back in to pay bill. Staff was laughing saying get rid of them. Manager was very accommodating.

I visited a few weeks back and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the service. Our server, Maddie, seemed to have an attitude throughout our entire visit and acted like waiting on us was an inconvenience.

At one point, my wife walked by the server area on her way to the restroom and overheard our server speaking negatively about several of her tables. Hearing those comments left a bad impression and made us feel unwelcome.

The food was delicious. The fajitas were pretty good, but the poor customer service overshadowed the meal. I hope management addresses this and focuses on improving the customer service. We love Posados, but that one experience really ruined it.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received last night from what used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Tyler.

I usually dine in and have always had good experiences, but last night I decided to place an online order instead — and unfortunately, that turned out to be a huge mistake.

My order was incorrect, items were missing, and the food was so cold it honestly seemed like it had been sitting for hours. To make matters worse, the taco shells were completely stale. As a loyal customer, I chose to contact the restaurant directly before taking my concerns public, hoping they would acknowledge the issue and make it right.

The following day, I spoke with an employee who took my name and number and assured me my order would be remade properly. I appreciated that response and decided to give them another chance. I went back in and placed the exact same order with the waitstaff.

However, when the manager came to my table, he apologized but essentially told me the cold food was “out of his control.” He explained that online orders are generated through an automated system and that food may be prepared long before customers are notified their order is ready. His only solution was to replace the missing enchilada free of charge.

After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, I can honestly say this experience was beyond disappointing. Unfortunately, they have lost my business for good.

Haven't been here in a few years. Didn't remember it standing out but today, absolutely delicious. Ordered from the "Unos Dos Tres" section of the menu. Couldn't eat it all, taking home the rest. Employees were very nice and our lovely waitress was super attentive and I never had to ask for a refill (I drank 5 glasses of tea) or for more chips and salsa. I'll be comming back. Highly recommended.

I ordered cheese and chicken enchiladas. It was delicious! They offer daily specials. Our server was perfect in every way! It’s a great Tex-Mex experience. Chips and salsa! 💃 Great atmosphere. Great decor and plenty of seating and parking.
